The Needlework and Textile Guild of Michigan is a multidisciplinary fiber-art guild. The purpose of the guild is to bring together members who learn, share, teach, and participate in workshops, talks, and demonstrations relating to a wide variety of the fiber arts. Members have interests ranging from quilting and embroidery to weaving, wearable art, beading, and art dollmaking. Speakers are locally and nationally-recognized.
Meetings are held on the 2nd Tuesday of the month, starting at about 9:30 AM, at St. Stephen Episcopal Church, 5500 N. Adams Rd., Troy, MI .[View Map]
In case of inclement weather, please check to see if Troy schools are closed. If the Troy school district is closed, the meeting will be cancelled.
Guests are welcome to attend morning meetings ($5 guest fee). Workshops are open to guests when space is available, and fees vary depending on length. Yearly dues are $40 (prorated to $20 after January).
